- Cabinets & drawers inside and out — Every cabinet, drawer, and pantry shelf opened and wiped inside. Fronts polished, hinges and pulls degreased.
- Appliances detailed — Oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and range hood cleaned inside and out — including stovetop drip pans.
- Baseboards, casework & switches — Hand-wiped baseboards throughout. Door frames, window trim, casework, light switches, and outlet covers detailed.
- Floors & finishes — All floor types cleaned to a surface-appropriate standard. Grout scrubbed in kitchens and baths. Final walk-through before we leave.

Deposit-Return Move-Out off Ponce de Leon
A tenant moving out of a Midtown rental needed the unit fully cabinet-clean for a full deposit return. Ascend handled the cleaning in a single visit — cabinets emptied and wiped, oven and fridge deep-cleaned, baseboards and grout reset. The deposit was returned in full the following week.

Yes — move-in/move-out scope assumes the home is empty so we can clean inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, and along baseboards without working around furniture. For partially furnished homes, a deep clean is usually a better fit.
